My husband and I, our daughter and her family took the RCCL Scandianavian/ St Petersburg 12 night Cruise in August 2010. It was a fabulous experience...far exceeding our highest expectations. Melissa Berube responded immediately to any questions and/or suggestions we made while planning our trip, which contributed to the success of our experience. Here are some things we did that we would recommend to anyone traveling to Europe, and which Melissa expedited for us with complete attention to every detail. We all traveled to the Airport together , altho we are from different States, to avoid being separated. We were pleased to find the long-term parking personnel where we left our cars, were very helpful and a shuttle bus immediately took us straight to our terminal. We recommend that you weigh very carefully your bags before leaving home....and arrive at the terminal hours before your flight ...to weigh your bags again !!.... The cruise ships book the lower price seating in the back of the air service included in the Cruise package...so if you want roomier seats, you should book them in advance. When we arrived in Heathrow, London....we already had vouchers for hotel pick up and our van was waiting outside customs and transported us through the most lovely districts .... Melissa had recommended 3 hotels for us...and we chose The Guoman Towers, an excellent choice...at the foot of the Tower Bridge ..from which we could easily walk to the Tower of London, and excellent restaurants. A bus shuttled us from Hotel to Cruise ship. We were happy with the cruise ship, the opportunities and activities for our grandchildren, the accomodations and excursions. The return pick ups and delivery of all bags, buses and comfort went very smoothly. Again, Melissa had provided us with baggage tags, vouchers for all the transfer vans, etc. There was not one detail forgotten or unpleasant experience causing delay of any kind. This was our best vacation ever....and we highly recommend it to all.

"Hello, my name is Myla and I just wanted to tell you how great Lucy Baker was in assisting me with my vacation plans. I initially told her last week I was thinking of going on a Mediterranean cruise in Nov but nothing was working out for me. Just this Saturday I emailed her saying I saw a great cruise on Oct 26 but thought it could not happen since it is so close and with air would be way too expensive. By Monday she made it all happen for me (with I don't know some sort of magical powers) and with a good deal to top it off. I still cannot believe I am going to Europe next week when last week I was ready to give up on my dream. Without Lucy's assistance I probably would never have gone to Europe at all or it would have taken years and years. Lucy helped us with our honeymoon and now she helped us with our 2nd honeymoon!"
